We offer free shipping above Rs.1999 Pan-India on most of our products, including furniture.
Below this, a shipping charge of Rs. 300 is applicable on online shipments.
We ship furniture to most major cities in India. For shipping to smaller towns please mail us at email@example.com
We also ship internationally to various countries (please select your currency from the drop-down on the top right of the home page). Additional shipping charges based on weight are calculated at checkout. Certain items such as furniture or wood-based decor items are not eligible for International shipping.
Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 4-10 working days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.
Larger furniture items may take up to 4 weeks to deliver if in stock, and 6-8 weeks to deliver if under production. Please get in touch with us for most accurate delivery timelines.

We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. Goods need to be signed for, upon delivery.
Once the order has been placed, FT will send an order confirmation email that will include tracking information. You will be contacted, at the next stage with further information.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We would love for you to like our products. Freedom Tree’s return or exchange policy applies only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. All refund/ replacement requests are to be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the shipment of the product has been initiated.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT DELIVERY
If a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit, please let us know within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org or +91 2248931793 (Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm IST or +5:30GMT). In an unlikely event, if you happen to receive an incorrect or defective merchandise (style, size, color, quantity, functioning), please share the pictures of the damaged packaging or material with us.
The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same, or if the item is not readily available, a credit note for the same amount. We apologize in advance for any issues you might face, and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest.
We will arrange for pick-up of the damaged/incorrect items. Please ensure the product is securely packed, and in unused and saleable condition. Please also attach the original receipt.
Once the damaged/ incorrect product is received by us in its original state and has been approved by our Quality Team, we will exchange the product or you shall be provided with a store credit towards the full amount paid by you for the product.
In exceptional circumstances, a refund of the amount back to your credit card/ debit card/ bank account may be made, in which case return shipping charges and transaction fees might be applicable.
Our products have a limited warranty based depending on the category of product. Our warranty covers only manufacturing defects that emerges during the warranty period, but does not include any damages due to ordinary wear and tear or mis-handling or mis-use of the product. It also does not cover damage due to theft, accidental damage, or external act or act of God (e.g. floods, natural disasters, etc). Our warranty period is 1 year from purchase date for all items.
FURNITURE DAMAGE AND WARRANTY
If a furniture item arrives in a damaged condition to you, we will first endeavor to fix it by scheduling a local carpenter to visit. If we are not able to fix the piece at first we will arrange for a pick up and replacement for the piece. Please bear with us on any delays as shipping furniture takes time and care.

All our furniture is under a 1 year warranty from the delivery date of the item. Our warranty covers only manufacturing defects and delivery damage that emerges during the warranty period, but does not include any damages due to ordinary wear and tear or mis-handling or mis-use of the product.
Our warranty on furniture also does not extend to commercial use of the product, modifications of the product, and fabric elements of the product (e.g. upholstery, tufted buttons, and zippers).
