Around the world, Autumn is celebrated as the season of fruitfulness, a time for rejuvenation as the Earth begins to drift towards her long slumber of winter. We celebrate Autumn with gratitude, giving thanks for the harvest, grateful for Nature’s bounty.

We celebrate the Light before the Dark of winter, the triumph of good over evil. A season for gratitude, for gatherings under starry autumn skies, around circles of light.

We are guided by the Phases of sensual Moon, following in its silvery light, as it waxes and wanes, casting its spell upon us in the ever-longer nights. Good days, good phases. Long nights for dressing up? Our Phases Festive Clothing drop leads the way.

Lunar Goddesses

WThe skies glow differently now. The smoke of early winter begins to drift in. Skies turn vivid purple and gold at sunset. We follow the ebbing light as winter makes her presence felt.

Everything comes and goes in Phases, guided, and in alignment with the Moon Goddess herself. The lunar cycles and calendar sets our path in its silvery wake, bringing new celebrations, marking dates, festive rituals, and - somewhere deep within - even our moods.

Fiercely Feminine

WWe dress up, fiercely feminine in our boldest colors and softest silks. The finery of our spirit knows no bounds. Deeply rooted, sensual and alluring, we find our sacred feminine, our goddess energy.

Flowing silhouettes make us lunar goddesses. Pant sets have added flair, with flared bottoms and shaped vests to get into the swing of things. Bell sleeves and elastic cuffs for added drama. What’s not to love?

Going with the ebb and the flow, prints are cunningly placed by design, intentionally asymmetrical- a play on sound and silence. Archival prints are back in new avatars and rich, deliberate tones. Dresses are wrapped, or flared. Skirts are playful, or artfully slit.

Color Threeways

WThe colors go deep. Deep and rich like the Red Moon. With embers of the last light of the sun, warming that silvered orb in the heavens. You can feel the play of heat and cool on the body. Dense, rich, vivid color.

There are cooler palettes that come from the night time skies: twilight tones of vivid violet against the pristine milkiness of the creamy moon. Slices of silver against the dark of night.

A third palette is inspired by the golden ochre of the rising harvest moon, bountiful yellows crossed with streaks of blue. Fireworks in the nighttime sky celebrating festivals of Light.

Materials are deliberately soft, sensuous. Texture is uppermost, how does this feel on the body? Smooth, shiny... Wicked. Natural grainy linen, cotton blends, breathable. Relief. Yes.

Lamplight and Limelight

WLike the moon herself, we enjoy this autumnal phase with its many moods and celebrations. As the heart of India’s festive season, the moon guides us towards a million lamps lighting up in celebration. It is filled with joy and breathtaking beauty.

Phases has been conceived out of this feminine energy, inspired by this feeling, this rhythm of the lunar cycle. The clear days, the cool hush of evenings. The red sunsets, mystical purple twilight before the hazy autumn chill sets in with brilliant stars in dark, unflinching skies.
