Description

With a sensually curved back, and light-as-air frame, this chair is our most loved piece at Freedom Tree. Whether using it for dining or as a study chair, the curve lets you lean back safe and snug. AY’s chair is named after my friend AY. It is inspired by the person she is; the warmth in her home, her generous table always laden with delicious food, achingly familiar recipes from her childhood.

Paired Fabric: Nu Happy Green — Stripes may seem simple, but in the universe of lines, they hold infinite possibilities. Freedom Tree infuses these vibrant, personality-packed stripes with considerable personality and a global sensibility. These stripes are anything but ordinary, rendered in a dynamic palette of tropical greens, warm peach, striking red, and soft lavender. Sustainably made with up-cycled yarns, add a joyful rhythm to your space on a long sofa or even curtains.

Usage and care

Our furniture is made with natural materials and techniques, they require your mindful care for a long life in your home. Read the full care guide
Dust daily with soft cloth or duster, wipe clean weekly with a damp cloth to avoid dust residue settling.
Protect the surfaces from exposure to sun and water, excessive temperature variations, moisture, and heat. Indoor use only.
Avoid banging, dropping or improper usage of the pieces as this will void the warranty. We always recommend professional packers for moving.
Keep upholstery out of direct sunlight, and avoid excessive rubbing or abrasion.
Vacuum on a low setting to lift dust. Spot-clean gently with a sponge and lukewarm water, testing a hidden area first — do not rub, and air dry only.
