A transplant from Delhi, having worked alongside a rarefied few Indian Michellin-star chefs, Vardaan brings a palpable energy to any interaction. It comes from years of being a generous host and culinary creative. In a few short years in Pune, Vardaan and his partners have created a number of landmark food destinations, adding to the bustling food scene in the city. We love his mindful approach to his cuisine and concepts that bring communities of people together, in celebration of a rooted yet global India.
